Finess G. Gentry, age 57, of Jasper, Indiana, passed away at 3:58 p.m. on Tuesday, August 8, 2017 at Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center in Jasper, Indiana.
Finess was born in Folsomville, Indiana on December 29, 1959, to Bobby Gene and Martha Katy (Bass) Gentry.
He was a hard worker and previously worked in the coal mines and as a heavy equipment operator for several years.
Finess enjoyed collecting, especially clocks and signs.
Surviving are one daughter, Brandi Michelle Glover (Joe), Lithia Springs, GA, two sons, Anthony Gentry, Jasper, IN, Brian Gentry (Felicia), Jasper, IN, ten grandchildren, three sisters, Jackie Thompson (Ray), Owensboro, KY, Barbara Deauman (Max), Wells, TX, Mary Coffey , English, IN, and one brother, Matthew Gentry, Sweetwater, TX.
Preceding him in death are his parents, one granddaughter, Valentina Nyugen, and two brothers, Robert and David Gentry.
Private services will be held at a later date.
