Officers were dispatched to 407 E Fifth Street in Jasper yesterday in regards to a disturbance at the location.
Officers located a female later identified as Ashley Sowder of Kentucky. It was determined Ashley had been in a physical altercation with a male subject at that location.
Also, during the investigation, officers located methamphetamine in her possession. The subject was arrested and charged with domestic battery in the presence of a child, possession of methamphetamine, and residential entry which are all Level 6 Felonies
