Aline C. Weyer, 92 of Ferdinand passed away Monday February 26th at Scenic Hills Care Center in Ferdinand. Aline was born December 29, 1925 to Lawrence Joseph & Theresa (Eversman) Weyer in Ferdinand. She was united in marriage to John L. Weyer on June 28, 1947 in St. Ferdinand Catholic Church. He preceded her in death on August 21, 1999.
Aline was a member of Christ the King Parish, St. Ferdinand Church, and its St. Ann’s Sodality. She retired from Wilmes Window Manufacturing. She was a member of the Ferdinand Senior Citizens. She was a homemaker and helped her husband on the farm. She enjoyed playing cards, watching TV, country music and being with her family and friends. She also enjoyed gardening, cooking and canning.
She is survived by several nieces and nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by a brother, Marinus Weyer and three sisters, Mary Helen Schum, Irma Schlachter and Ella Schlachter.
Funeral services for Aline C. Weyer will be held at 10:00 AM Thursday in Christ the King parish, St. Ferdinand Church, with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
