Thomas Allen Lawrence, age 52, of Huntingburg, passed away on Friday, October 15, 2021, in Birdseye, Indiana.
He was born January 8, 1969, in Jasper, to James Edward and Wanda Ruth (Wright) Lawrence. Tom was a member of the Church of the Nazarene; was a talented mechanic; spent time as a truck driver; was an avid lover of rock-n-roll music; was a Packer’s fan and mediocre euchre player; and was a beloved father, grandfather, son and brother. He was preceded in death by his mother, Wanda Ruth Lawrence.
He is survived by three children, James (Megan) Lawrence of Otwell, Joyce (Jeramiah) Lawrence of Jasper and Kristyn Lawrence of Huntingburg; his father, James (Joyce) Lawrence of Huntingburg; one brother, Timothy (Sherri) Lawrence of Loogootee; three stepchildren; by (3) grandchildren and (7) step-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, October 18, 2021, at the Nass & Son Funeral Home in Huntingburg with burial to follow at the Birdseye Cemetery in Birdseye, Indiana. Rev. William Covey will officiate at the service.
Friends may call for visitation at the Nass & Son Funeral Home from 12:00 noon-2:00 p.m., Monday.
