Mary Sue Tuley, age 74, of Dale, passed away at 6:00 a.m., Thursday, November 17, 2022, at her home.
She was born September 20, 1948, in Derby, Indiana, to Robert D. and Lydia (Hanks) Smith; and married Daniel Tuley on June 22, 1967, in Cannelton, Indiana. Mary was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Huntingburg. She enjoyed reading, writing letters to her friends, and spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her parents; one daughter, Melissa Tuley; and two sisters, Roseanne Parr and Lois Aders.
She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Daniel Tuley of Dale, two sons, Jason Tuley and Ryan (Heather) Tuley, both of Dale; one daughter, Carla (Esteban) Chiriboga of Madison, Wisconsin; and four grandchildren, Jacob, Camryn, Liam, and Sophie.
Funeral services for Mary Sue Tuley will be held at 1:00 p.m., E.S.T., Wednesday, November 23, 2022, at Calvary Baptist Church in Huntingburg. Burial will follow at Dale Cemetery. Pastor Rick Ballard will officiate the service.
Friends may call for visitation at Calvary Baptist Church from 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., on Wednesday, prior to the service. Nass & Son Funeral Home has been entrusted with handling the arrangements.
