Delphi, Carroll County- Special Judge Fran Gull says jurors in the Richard Allen murder trial will be from Allen County. Allen is accused of killing Abby Williams and Libby German in February 2017 and was not arrested until last October. Gull said Monday the jurors would either be from Allen or St. Joseph counties before making the decision.
