(Jasper, IN) Alejandro D. Godoy, age 54, of Jasper, Indiana, passed away at 12:01 p.m. on Saturday, June 3, 2023, in Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center in Jasper, Indiana.
Alejandro was born in El Salvador on September 8, 1968, to Alejandro Gadoy Espino and Pabla Manzano de Godoy. He married Maria Herrera on May 15, 1999.
He had previously worked at Masterbrand.
He was a member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Jasper.
He enjoyed playing soccer, fishing, and spending time with family and friends.
Surviving are his wife, Maria Godoy, Jasper, IN, one son, Osvaldo Alexander Godoy, one daughter, Marissa Lizbet Godoy, all of Jasper, IN, three sisters, two brothers, and his parents.
A Mass of Christian Burial for Alejandro D. Godoy will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 7, 2023, in St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Jasper, Indiana, with burial to follow in Fairview Cemetery in Jasper.
A visitation will be held from 3:00-7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 6, 2023, at the Becher-Kluesner North Chapel in Jasper.
