Daniel Ray Fuchs, 70, of Dale passed away Saturday, September 23, 2023, at The Waters Of Huntingburg. Daniel was born on June 28, 1953, in Huntingburg to Robert and Leona (Kern) Fuchs.
Daniel was self-employed in the firewood business. He was a United States Marine Corps Veteran and a member of the Dale Legion. He was honorably discharged from the Marine Corps as a Lance Corporal after serving six years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and grilling.
Surviving are one son JD Fuchs of Oak Creek, CO. Two grandchildren, Two brothers, Tom Fuchs of Huntingburg and Bobby (Wendy) Fuchs Jr. One sister, Polly (Ralph) Wagner of Ferdinand. He was preceded in death by his parents, and brothers, Ralph, Clarence, and Jerry Fuchs.
A mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday September 27th in St. Joseph Church in Dale at 11:00 AM Central Time. Burial to follow in the church cemetery with Military Graveside Rites.
