Greater Jasper Consolidated Schools (GJCS) is recognizing the vital role bus drivers play in transporting students safely to and from school, as well as to field trips and extracurricular activities. Among those celebrated is Chris Flamion, who has dedicated a decade to driving buses for the district.

Initially unsure about the role, Flamion has grown to love bus driving and now serves as a trainer, helping others interested in joining the team. GJCS appreciates the commitment of all its drivers and acknowledges the important part they play in keeping students connected to educational and extracurricular opportunities.

The district is also seeking individuals interested in becoming bus drivers. For more information, stop by the GJCS Central Office or call 812-482-1801 to learn more.
