Marvin J. Schwartz, age 69, of Dubois, Indiana, passed away at 11:20 p.m. on Tuesday, January 14, 2025, at home,

Marvin was born in Huntingburg, Indiana, on April 4, 1955, to Hilbert and Armilda (Petry) Schwartz. 

He was a truck driver his entire career.

He attended St. Raphael and St. Joseph Catholic Church.

He enjoyed collecting tractors and spending time outdoors.

He is survived by one son, Aaron Schwartz, Jasper, IN, one sister, Kathy (Mike) Paulin, and nieces and nephews.

Preceding him in death is one sister and two brothers.

A funeral service for Marvin J. Schwartz will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, January 20, 2025, at the Becher-Kluesner North Chapel in Jasper, Indiana, with burial in St. Raphael Cemetery in Dubois, Indiana.  Fr. Simon Natha will officiate.

A visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. until the 11:00 a.m. service time at the Becher-Kluesner North Chapel on Monday.
