Videos and images found in Paul Hoopigarner’s possession included sadistic or masochistic conduct with toddlers, infants, and children less than 8 years old engaged in those acts with other child sex abusers.

Crystal Basham racked up three felonies with a Level 2 Dealing Methamphetamine, Level 3 Possession of Methamphetamine, Level 6 Possession of a Syringe, as well as three Class A Misdemeanor charges for Possession of Paraphernalia, Maintaining a Common Nuisance, and Possession of a Schedule 1 Drug.
