Authorities are continuing their investigation into the recent burglary that took place at a north side Jasper fraternal club early last week and are asking for the public’s assistance as well as offering a reward that leads to the capture of those responsible.

Jasper Police say the break-in took place at the Jasper Moose Lodge located along the 2500 Block of North Newton Street sometime during the morning hours of Sunday December 4th.

Police say the suspected burglar was in the area from 3 am till 5 am and was likely parked on the east side of the building facing Newton Street for at least a short time.

Police ask that anyone with any information on the suspect or the dark color four door passenger car that was used in the incident to call the Jasper Police Department at 812-482-2255 or the department’s anonymous tip line at 812-481-COPS.

The Community Strike Force Against Crime is offering a 1-thousand dollar reward for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons involved in the break-in.
