Mildred Mary Ann Kunz, age 91, of Huntingburg, Indiana passed away at 7:10 a.m., on, June 5, 2017, at The Waters of Huntingburg, Huntingburg, IN.

She was born May 2, 1926, in Boone Township, Indiana to John and Anna (Doersam) Hoffman.  She married Ralph A. Kunz on September 25, 1948 at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Boone Township.  Mildred was a 1945 graduate of Huntingburg High School and worked for General Electric in Huntingburg, Tell City and Owensboro.  She later worked at Kimball Electronics.  She was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church and enjoyed gardening.   She is preceded in death by her husband, Ralph, on May 20, 2001; 8 brothers:  Walter, Elmer, Leo, Raymond, Paul, John, Robert Lee and Marion Hoffman; and 5 sisters:  Gladys Grabeman, Mertie Harker, Lula Wheatley, Ruth Horn and Dorothy Hoffman.

Mildred is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Gretchen and Paul Mundy.

There will be no visitation. A private burial will be held at St. John’s Lutheran Cemetery.  Pastor Catherine Burnette will officiate the committal service.
