Ora Louise Albertson, age 91, of Huntingburg, Indiana, passed away at 7:31 p.m., on Friday, July 28, 2017, at her residence.

She was born July 25, 1926, in Boswell, Indiana to George Clark and Imogene (Meyers) Stovall.  Louise was a retired nurse.  She loved to read, especially the Bible; and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and family.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Eugene Albertson, who passed away in 2004; two brothers, George Stovall and Lyle Stovall; one sister, Virginia Stovall; one grandson, Stephen Travis Smith, who passed away on April 19, 2017; and by two great grandsons, Levi and Evan McTagertt.

Louise is survived by four children, Linda L. Weatherford of Wingate, Ind., Virginia Kay (spouse: Phil) Carey of Lafayette, Ind., Frank Albertson of Sparta, North Carolina, and Donna Smith-Parks of Huntingburg, Ind.; one sister, Norma Jean Scott of Mesa, Arizona; and by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Friends may call for visitation at the Nass & Son Funeral Home in Huntingburg from 2:00-8:00 p.m., E.D.T., on Wednesday, August 2, 2017.

A graveside committal service and interment will be held at 12:00 noon, on Thursday, August 3, 2017, at the Boswell Cemetery in Boswell, Indiana.  Memorial contributions can be made to your local Humane Society.  Condolences may be shared online at:  www.nassandson.com.
