Linda Lambert, 55, of Goodland, formerly of Gary, passed away at St. Elizabeth East of Lafayette. She was born February 16, 1962 in Gary, IN to the late Fredrick Lambert and Geraldine (Gale) Lambert who survives. Linda was a graduate of Calumet High School of Gary.

Linda grew up and lived in Gary for several years before moving to Goodland in 2005. She loved spending her time volunteering when she could and most of all, spending time with family and friends, especially her grandchildren.

Surviving along with her mother is her fiancé, Sandy Fields of Goodland; children, Kennith Speed Jr. (wife: Angela) of Huntingburg, IN, and Tiffany Cunningham (husband: Steven) of Evansville, IN; siblings, Fred Lambert (wife: Darlene) of Portage, IN, Barbara Moore of Rensselaer, IN, Dennis Lambert of Gary, IN, William Lambert (wife: Michelle) of Mt. Laurel, NJ, Randy Lambert (wife: Sandy) of Lake Station, IN, Thomas Lambert of Michigan City, IN, and Steven Lambert of Gary, IN; grandchildren, Kameron Speed, Kaleb Speed, Kalvin Speed, and Abigail Cunningham. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews.

Friends may call from 4-8 PM (EST) Monday, September 11, 2017 at Stitz-Clapper Funeral Home of Remington. Funeral Service 11 AM (EST) Tuesday, September 12, 2017 also at Stitz-Clapper Funeral Home of Remington. Rev. John Hoffmaster of Beacon Light Community Church to officiate. Interment to follow in Goodland Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made in Linda’s name to a charity of the donor’s choice.
