William “Bill” Miller, age 76, of Jasper, Indiana, passed away at 2:30 p.m. Sunday in St. Vincent Hospital in Evansville, Indiana.

He was born in Jasper, Indiana on May 30, 1941, to Leo and Marie (Schnell) Miller. He married Martha Braunecker on October 9, 1976, in St. Anthony Padua Catholic Church, in St. Anthony, Indiana.

He retired from Best Chairs Manufacturing in Jasper where he had worked for many years and previously Jasper Woodworking.

Bill had a love for music, he played several different instruments and had many Jam sessions at his home with other musicians. He and is Dad had a band called the “Friendly Five”. He is a member of Holy Family Catholic Church in Jasper.

Preceding him in death are his parents.

Funeral services for William Miller will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, October 25, 2017, in Holy Family Catholic Church with burial to follow in Fairview Cemetery in Jasper.

Friends may call from 2-8 p.m. Tuesday, October 24, 2017, at the Becher-Kluesner North Chapel in Jasper. Rosary will be held at 1:45 p.m. by members of Holy Family Parish.
