Clayton Sitzman, 46, of Bristow passed away, Friday, March 30th at his home.

Clayton was born October 1, 1971 in Huntingburg to Roman and Dorothy Pieper) Sitzman. Clayton married Jennifer Alvey on March 23, 2004 in Gatlinburg, TN.

He was a farmer who enjoyed working and fishing. Clayton was a member of St. Meinrad Catholic Church.

Clayton is survived by his wife, Jennifer; two sons, Wyatt and Colt Sitzman both at home; his mother, Dorothy Sitzman of Saint Meinrad; one brother, Paul (Patty) Hubert of Indianapolis; one sister, Sheryl Smith of Collinsville, IL; six nephews, one niece, two great nieces and three great nephews. Clayton was preceded in death by his father, Roman Sitzman.

Funeral services will be Wednesday at 10:00 AM CDT in St. Meinrad Catholic Church with burial to follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday from 2-8:00 PM CDT and Wednesday from 7-9:30 AM CDT at Becher Funeral Home in Ferdinand. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
