A Texas company is the new owner of the Jasper Manor Shopping Center.

A spokeswoman for Woodcrest Capital of Fort Worth, Texas confirmed the purchase yesterday.

The company’s goal is to fill the available spaces with national retailers.

Currently, the shopping center has seven spaces open and ready for a new company or business.

Right now, Holiday Foods is in control of the center.

Other companies that call the shopping center home are AT&T, Traderbakers Vendor Mall, L.A. Nails and Spa, and B & B Fitness.

The spokeswoman for Woodcrest has not confirmed how much they bought the shopping center for.
