Rita Dawn Cole, 60, of Ferdinand, Indiana formerly of Taswell, Indiana passed away on Monday, July 15, 2024, at Scenic Hills Assisted Living Facility in Ferdinand, Indiana surrounded by her family.
She was born on October 19, 1963, in Paoli, Indiana to William and Hazel (Garriott) Hollen. Rita loved to travel, she enjoyed flowers and her cats. She loved to spend time with her family, especially her grandson Dalton. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her sister, Brenda Tuell, and her former companion David whom she missed dearly.
She is survived by her daughter, Audrey Cole, her grandson, Dalton, her siblings Robert Hollen, David (Rose Ann) Hollen, Karen Ranger, Billie Jo (Joe) Moya, Troy Hollen and several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 19, 2024, at 12:00 PM (EST) with Bro. Albert Madden to officiate. Burial will follow in Taswell Cemetery.
Friends may visit on Friday, July 19, 2024, from 10:00 AM until the time of service at 12:00 (EST) PM at Denbo Funeral Home in English, Indiana.
