Gary Norbert Schaeffer, 70, of Lamar, passed away on Tuesday, April 29th at his home.
Gary was born May 11, 1954 in Huntingburg to Norbert and Louella (Metz) Schaeffer. Gary married Kathy Bolin in 2002 at Mt. Zion Christian Church. Gary enjoyed fishing, shooting matches, and his puppy, Piper.
Gary is survived by his wife, Kathy; brothers, Rodney (Kelly) Shchaeffer and Alan Schaeffer, both of Lamar; sister, Darla (Brian) Roos of Evanston; brother-in-law, Randy Bolin of Cannelto;n and a sister-in-law, April Harding.
Gary was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Mark, in infancy.
