Woodrow W. “Woody” Baker, 80, of Huntingburg, Indiana, passed away on Wednesday, September 3, 2025, at Legacy Living in Jasper, Indiana.

He was born in Washington, Indiana, on November 15, 1944, to Marvin and Louise (Fulcher) Baker.  He was first married to Rebecca Stone in 1967, and then to Marilyn (Cox) Tooley in 1997.

Woody served 8 years in the Army National Guard and spent many years working as a salesman in the heating/air industry, retiring from Lute Supply in Indianapolis.  He attended the Church of the Nazarene in Jasper, and in his free time enjoyed working on his computer.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Nellie Jones.

Surviving are his 1st wife of 19 years, Rebecca; his 2nd wife of 28 years, Marilyn; son, Jon (Sherry) Baker; step-son, Gary (Kathy) Tooley; brother, Tony Baker; sister, Terri (Dale) Frederick; grandchildren: Melissa (Tyler) Burgess, Sabrina (Tim) Martin, Cameron Tooley and Mallory Tooley; and great grandchildren: Levi, Josephine, Myles and Maleah.

A private family burial at Lemmons Cemetery will be held at a later date.  In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to P.A.W.S., PO Box 63, Petersburg, Indiana, 47567.
