Marta Kloeck, 82 of Ferdinand passed away Wednesday January 24th at her home in Ferdinand. Marta was born April 15, 1935 in Heilbronn, Germany to Karl & Anna Maria (Wallenmaier) Hotzele. She was united in marriage to Francis Michael Kloeck on June 6, 1961 in Heilbronn, Germany, he preceded her in death on September 29, 1988.

Marta retired as a custodian at Forest Park High School, and was a care giver in home health. She enjoyed yard work, gardening (especially roses), cooking, quilting and knitting.

Surviving are three sons, Raymond (Cindy) Kloeck and Ralf Kloeck both of Ferdinand, and Michael (Martha) Kloeck of Evansville. Five grandchildren, Jennifer, Nathan, Mark, and Samantha Kloeck, and Lisa Keeran. Two great-grandchildren, Tyler and Ella Ray. She was preceded in death by one son, Bill Kloeck.

Funeral services for Marta Kloeck will be held at 10:00 AM Saturday January 27th at Becher Funeral Home in Ferdinand, Father Jack Durcholz will officiate.  Friends may call from 2 to 8:00 PM Friday and from 7 to 9:30 AM Saturday at the funeral home.  Online condolences may be shared at www.becherfuneralhome.com.
