Sharon Ann Hentrup, age 61 of Jasper, passed away on Saturday, April 21, 2018 at St. Vincent Medical Center in Evansville, IN.

Sharon was born on October 30, 1956 to Roman and Alice (Englert) Hentrup.

She worked for Southern Indiana Resource Solutions (S.I.R.S.) for several years.

She was a member of Holy Family Parish in Jasper.

She enjoyed bowling, playing cards, reading books, and collecting dolls.  Her favorite color was purple.

Surviving are her parents, Roman and Alice Hentrup of Jasper, one sister, Janice Weyer (Dennis), Ferdinand, eight brothers, Roman Hentrup Jr. (Margie), French Lick, Allan Hentrup (Renee), Jasper, Jeff Hentrup (Tanya) Huntingburg, Ronald “Whitey” Hentrup, Bretzville, Kenny Hentrup (Cheryl), Jasper,  Mark Hentrup (Janis), Indianapolis, Mike Hentrup (Beth), Holland, and  Paul Hentrup (Chris), Jasper, ten nieces and nephews, Teresa, Stuart, Kreigh, Alex, Rachel, Shannon, Blake, Claire, Max, and Nicole, three great nieces and nephews, Lucas, Kaitlyn, and Rhett.

Preceding her in death was an infant brother, John Hentrup.

A Mass of Christian Burial for Sharon Ann Hentrup will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 24, 2018 at Holy Family Catholic Church in Jasper, with entombment to follow in Fairview Cemetery Mausoleum in Jasper.

A visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. until the 11:00 a.m. service time at Holy Family Catholic Church on Tuesday.
