61-year-old Donna Sue Sattler of Holland, Indiana passed away at 1:31 a.m., on Monday, July 22, 2019, at Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center in Jasper.

She was born June 6, 1958, in Huntingburg, to Harold Meyer Sr. and Mary Ann (Bertke) Meyer; and married Ray Dean Sattler on March 21, 1981, at St. Mary’s Church in Huntingburg.  Donna graduated from Southridge High School in 1976; was a factory worker and homemaker; a member of Zoar United Methodist Church; and loved to sew and make quilts.  She was preceded in death by her father; and one brother, Mark Meyer.

She is survived by her husband, Ray Dean Sattler of Holland; three children, Amanda Sattler of Tell City, Leigh Ann (Rubin) Nieto of Granger and Adam (Laci) Sattler of Louisville, KY; her mother, Mary Ann Meyer of Huntingburg; six siblings, Paul (Bonita) Meyer of Jasper, George Meyer of Ferdinand, Allen (Carol) Meyer, Harold (Joan) Meyer Jr., Rosemary Meyer and Tommy Meyer all of Huntingburg; her sister-in-law, Lily (Steve) Hubert of Ferdinand; one granddaughter, Olivia Layne Sattler; and by many nieces and nephews.

 Funeral services for Donna Sattler will be held at 10:00 a.m., on Friday, July 26, 2019, at the Zoar United Methodist Church with burial to follow at the Zoar United Methodist Cemetery in Zoar, Indiana.  Pastor Keith Chanley will officiate at the service.

Friends may call for visitation at the Nass & Son Funeral Home in Huntingburg from 3:00-8:00 p.m., on Thursday, July 25th; and also at church one hour prior to the funeral on Friday.
