Esther E. Boeglin, 92 of Ferdinand died Saturday April 22nd at Memorial Hospital & Health Care Center in Jasper. She was born September 10, 1924 in Ferdinand to Louis & Theresia (Weyer) Durcholz. She married Ralph A. Boeglin on April 29, 1950 in St. Ferdinand Church. He preceded her in death on August 15, 1979.

Esther was a member of Christ the King, St. Ferdinand Parish. She was a homemaker. She enjoyed gardening & flowers, canning, farming, & crocheting.

Survivors include one son, Erwin (Doretha) Boeglin of Ferdinand and two daughters, Darlene A. Boeglin & Marilyn Welp both of Ferdinand. 12 grandchildren & 17 great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by one brother, Marinus Durcholz and a grandson, Michael Boeglin.

Funeral services for Esther E. Boeglin will be held at 10:00 AM Wednesday April 26th in St. Ferdinand Church, with burial to follow in the church cemetery. Friends may call from 4 to 8:00 PM Tuesday at Becher Funeral Home in Ferdinand and after 9:00 AM Wednesday at the church. Online condolences may be made at www.becherfuneralhome.com.
