 Guy J. “Chip” Sork, II, age 58, of Ferdinand, formerly of Middletown, Indiana, passed away at 3:00 a.m., on Thursday, November 21, 2019, at his residence.

He was born July 26, 1961, to Guy J. and Carla M. Sork.  Guy was a quality supply engineer at Kimball Electronics in Jasper; and a member of the Masonic Lodge in Middletown.  He was preceded in death by his father.

Guy is survived by his wife, Demitra “Demi” (Hart) Sork of Ferdinand, Ind.; one daughter, Brittany (Dan) Bourne of Huntington, Ind.; three step-daughters, Krista Tedrow of Crawfordsville, Ind., Samantha Banta of Seymour, Ind. and Amanda (Zech) Alwardt of Edgewood, Illinois; his mother, Carla Sork of Fishers, Ind.; one brother, Grant Sork of Alpena, Michigan; one sister, Amy (Thomas) Sork Law of Chesterfield, Ind.; and three grandchildren, Maverick Wayne Bourne, Kaylee Banta and Dakota Garland.

Huntingburg, Indiana:

                        Visitation will be held at the Nass & Son Funeral Home in Huntingburg from 2:00-8:00 p.m., on Monday, November 25, 2019.

Middletown, Indiana:

                        Visitation will also be held at the Ballard & Sons Funeral Home in Middletown, Ind., from 5:00-8:00 p.m., on Tuesday, November 26, 2019.  A Masonic vigil service will be held at 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, at the funeral home.  Interment and graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, at Miller Cemetery in Middletown.
