Randy Altman, 65, of St. Anthony, passed away on Friday, March 29th at Select Specialty in Evansville.

He was born May 28, 1958 in Jasper to Sylvester and Marceda (Weyer) Altman. Randy married Donna Merter on June 14, 1980 in Celestine. Randy was a coal miner and a farmer.

He is survived by his wife, Donna; three daughters, Kayla (Josh) Dooley of Jasper, Brittany (Nick) Nowakowski of Ireland and Jenna (Shayn) KNies of Celestine; seven grandchildren, Isaac, Owen, Olivia, Oliver, Eden, Henry and Zoey; four brothers, Mike and Paul Altman both of St. Meinrad, Chris Altman of Evansville and Eddie Altman of Branchville; two sisters, Jill Altman and Kathy (Ruperto) Burrows both of Evansville; brother in-law, Dave Siddons of Huntingburg.

Randy was preceded in death by one brother, Mark Altman; four sisters, Jenifer Genet, Eilene Thomas, Martha Siddons and Theresia Altman in Infancy.

Funeral services will be Thursday, April 4th at 10:00 AM at St. Anthony Catholic Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Friends may call on Wednesday from 4-8:00 PM at Becher Funeral Home in Ferdinand, and also on Thursday morning at the church from 9:00 AM until time of services.
